This role is working full-time, 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You will be required for 2 - 3 months and then reviewed.

To work as part of the Recruitment & HR Services Department to provide a professional, high quality and timely customer focused and data driven HR administration service to stakeholders and customers throughout the Trust.

Working to high level customer service standards and service level agreements which have been agreed by the HR Department/Trust.
To ensure all compliance data is processed and recorded on Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and is maintained and updated in a timely and accurate manner, escalating matters to the Recruitment Manager/Head of Resourcing where appropriate. Ensuring payroll input
deadlines are met.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:
Previous HR administration experience or transferable skills.

Excellent levels of communication at all levels both written and verbal.

High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.

A positive, proactive and solution focused attitude.

To be able to work effectively to deadlines in a pressurised and fast paced environment.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services, including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment center, a minor injuries unit, and outpatient clinics.

To ensure employee details are correctly entered onto the HR systems
accurately and in a timely manner and that electronic and manual
documentation are stored/filed appropriately.

Conduct meetings with employees in order to prepare
maternity/paternity/adoption and shared parental contracts, notifying
payroll accordingly and administering the process as appropriate.

Responsible for answering a variety of queries to the HR department from a diverse customer base, both internal and external, providing excellent
customer service using verbal and written communication skills.

Performing to agreed performance and accuracy targets and standards.

Maintain up to date manual and electronic filing systems.
complying with all regulatory requirements such as Data Protection.

To deliver a credible customer focused service to all service users, based on good quality of advice and knowledge, approachability, flexibility and
responsiveness.
