What does a Housing Management Services Officer do at Hillingdon?

As the guardian of 24 RSAP properties, you'll be providing top-tier housing management services to individuals or couples facing complex needs and the risk of rough sleeping. Your mission? To create a haven for those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture 24 RSAP properties, supporting vulnerable residents with complex needs.

Exceed performance targets and elevate tenant aspirations.

Deliver unparalleled customer service, resolving issues at the first point of contact and fostering transparent communication.

Craft bespoke support plans in consultation with customers, ensuring their voices are heard and needs met.

About you

Your application will shine if you can demonstrate:

Substantial experience in a housing-related field with a knack for landlord and tenant law.

Proven success in supporting customers with complex needs and entrenched behaviours.

Creative and innovative engagement skills that set you apart.

A solid grasp of housing and welfare benefit legislation.

In-depth knowledge of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003.
