An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful, growing Business Support Team.

We are seeking to appoint a Business Support Administrator.

We need an enthusiastic individual who is computer literate and has an administrative background.

This role is heavily admin based and will involve checking documents received into the business are correct, accurately entering data from our in-house systems and drafting new documents based from a template, therefore attention to detail is a must.

**What will you do?**
- Record Keeping - Record details of every action taken noting comments on the client database.
- Communication
- Liaise confidently with outside agencies including HM Land Registry and Registers of Scotland.
- Building Relations
- Become the reliable point of contact for each client to establish a strong relationship.
- Checking, modifying and preparing documentation.
- Carry out identification checks.
- Chase any outstanding documentation required to proceed to completion.
- Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation, and data.
- Ensure follow-up action as and when necessary.
- Additional Duties - Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the role and to assist in the smooth day to day running of the office.
- A strong work ethic with a positive mindset.
- Be familiar with computers and data inputting.
- The ability to work together within a team and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Experience**

Experience within an office-based administration role would be an advantage but is not essential as full training would be provided.

**We operate with a great degree of autonomy. So, whilst you will be reporting to the Business Support Manager, to a significant degree, you will oversee your own workload and focus areas.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
