We are working with a National Engineering company who are looking to recruit a project support administrator for their busy and growing organisation.

The company are looking for someone who have worked within a construction or engineering background in a similar role.

You will be required to have experience of working with SAP, MS packages, Outlook, powerpoint etc. Also the ability the ability to pass a DBS check.

The Administrator role is to provide the support and proactive service to assist with the smooth running of the project.
- Provide clear line of sight, the connection between the Programme and Document Management goals
- Provide clear and appropriate Document Management communication and coordination
- Challenge inconsistency and bad practice
- Maintain and continuously improve Document Management process and procedure
- Point of contact for intake/receipt, handling of controlled documentation to EDMS
- Maintain and operate Distribution Matrix
- Provide scanning and photocopy support
- Ensure hard copy files are stored safely and securely.
- Develop and maintain Document Management reporting suite
- Ensure seamless document access across departments and stakeholders
- Manage any archiving requirements

Provide Document Management induction and training
- Knowledge of Document Management standard and processes
- Ideally qualification in business administration, library management, or record management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential
- Scheduling meetings
- Taking minutes
- organisation of company diaries
