We are looking for a Product Support Analyst to join BI Product Support team. As a Product Support Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging, helping, and facilitating service for our ongoing incidents and requests. You will provide support to various clients and internal users to ensure they are equipped to deal with queries and acting as the point of escalation and investigating/handling more complex queries raised by Users, within a data environment.

This role offers real variety and work across a very broad technical remit and across various BI products like APIs, web portals, automatic data feeds.

A snapshot of the role:

- Provide accurate/timely communications to customers in a non-technical style
- Respond to incidents and Operational activities ensuring work is prioritised in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Investigate incidents and issues arising ensuring appropriate tools are used and processes are followed
- Escalate issues as required to initiate further investigation to the technical teams L3 support and ensure Service Levels are met
- Able to work with autonomy on incident and problem resolution, and also collaboratively with both onshore and offshore team colleagues and members of other technical support teams
- Ability to upskill and onboard new knowledge, as well as effectively share knowledge across the team
- Identifies opportunities for service/process improvements and presents for consideration within the immediate team
- Understand and participate in regular performance evaluation, ensuring stretching personal objectives are met, development plans are in place and regular self-evaluation and team feedback is evidenced
- Actively contribute to a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers, and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything we do

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Communication skills to engage externally with clients
- Analytical thinking with numerical and data problem solving skills
- Understanding of data, data structures and their value regarding use for analysis, marketing and CRM
- Attention to detail
- Time management to complete multiple tasks to set deadlines
- The ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong collaboration and teamwork - know how to lead with full accountability and be part of the team with full motivation
- Knows how to enjoy cultural differences and changes occurring in the team and project
- Computer language skill isn’t required but Pseudo code driven analysis is required

**Desirable**:

- Experience of customer service and meeting service levels would be beneficial
- Knowledge and practical experience of one or more technologies (Web services, SQL, Python etc)
