Senior Product Designer - £80,000 plus Stock Options - London Hybrid working 3 days a week in office


In Product is partnered with a Scale-up business who are growing sustainably in the Health & Wellbeing space. This business is funded by some of the UK and Europe's top investors, they are looking to elevate the growth of their business through a Senior Product designer who will own a core experience of a newly launched web application.


This Scale-up was founded by a team who are ambitious and understand the value of investing in their Product and Technology teams, they have from proven experience in the successful scaling of Product Led businesses. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work autonomously owning the end to end Product experience with the mission to enable users to change long term behaviors and achieve their health goals.


You will need to join this business with an ambition to be part of a high growth scale up. The coming years will be focused on driving growth post profitability, and working as a high impact and small team who test and deliver fast.


As a Senior Product Designer in this business you will be work with internal Product Management, Medical, Data and Development teams to grow this core product post MVP.


You will need to have high growth career journey, with experience in businesses that have successfully scaled, and you will have personally moved through your career with pace and focus.


You will have worked in high autonomy environment, owning full product launches and continuing to grow complex mobile focused products.


You will have worked with a consumer facing product, ideally that supports users to change long term behaviors.


You will be comfortable across UX, UI and Research with experience of supporting teams to build Design systems.
