**Senior Product Designer - fully remote - c£600 a day outside IR35 - 12 month contract**

We're on the hunt for a talented, passionate and collaborative Senior Product Designer to join a Software Development company who specialise in building community-first products that bring people together in a digital environment to interact and collaborate.

You will join a Design team as a Senior Product Designer to contribute to all aspects of the design process for their cross-functional team: from brainstorming and user research to visual design and supporting engineers during implementation.

You will be responsible for:

- Owning the full design process, including user research, UX design, and visual design.
- Working directly with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineer to improve user experience
- Being part of a high-performing and inclusive team that values autonomy.

**About you**

The most important thing about you is that you are curious and care deeply about building great products that impact people's lives.

We're looking for a Designer who will empathise with users (educators and students) and deliver polished, efficient, consistent, and simple designs that improve the user experience.

**Must-haves**:
Experience in SaaS product design.

Strong experience in user-centred design and user experience design, as well as visual design principles and practices.

Have experience working with design systems and evolving them.

User-centered mindset: you understand what users need and are able to translate technical and functional constraints into human-centred opportunities.

You have experience designing and running user research studies.

You can design and prototype in Figma, using these prototypes to run user testing sessions as well as to present your work.

You have designed and shipped products not only for desktop but also for mobile.

This is a fully remote role with rituals in place which allows a team-based all around the world to deliver simple, polished solutions to complex user problems.
