**The role**

As a **Community Safety Officer**, you will be responsible for taking a lead role in enforcement action (up to and including court attendance and eviction) for serious and complex anti-social behaviour, compliance and tenancy management cases.

You will work with victims, and those responsible for causing serious ASB, compliance or tenancy management issues across Staffordshire and Shropshire.

**What skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Good knowledge of the relevant ASB legislation and of tenancy enforcement
- Experience of preparing / presenting anti-social behaviour cases for legal action
- Experience of working in partnership to generate joined up solutions to problems
- The ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- A 'can do' proactive approach to problem solving
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
