- Support the development of a range of publications.
- Develop excellent communication materials which are reflective of national and organisational guidance and are in line with current best practice. The post-holder will be expected to adhere to corporate style guidelines and branding to provide clear and consistent communications.
- Implement a dynamic and interactive social media strategy.
- Produce dynamic and informative digital content, including video/ photography, podcasts and website content

By joining Team MPFT, you will be helping your communities and in return for this, we will support you by:

- Options for flexible working
- Up to 27 days annual leave (increasing with service up to 33 days) and the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave.

And more. We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive organisation and there is a choice of staff networks that help you meet like-minded people.

Your working day will be varied; from creating dynamic and engaging digital and ‘traditional’ communications content targeted at a range of internal and external audiences. This will include video/podcast production and driving social media activity and interaction, alongside non-digital tools such as writing internal and external briefings and publications, media releases/ relations.

You will also be responsible for supporting ongoing engagement with a variety of stakeholders, focusing in particular on seldom heard groups, producing creative solutions to communicate and showcase the Trust’s work and promoting the new model for Community Mental Health services.

You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience of using social media professionally, alongside other digital tools, and be a confident communicator who can engage a wide range of audiences to understand their needs. This role also involves co-producing a range of communications for service users.
