Your working day will be varied; from creating dynamic and engaging digital and traditional communications content targeted at a range of internal and external audiences. This will include video/podcast production and driving social media activity and interaction, alongside non-digital tools such as writing internal and external briefings and publications, media releases/ relations. You will also be responsible for supporting ongoing engagement with a variety of stakeholders, focusing in particular on seldom heard groups, producing creative solutions to communicate and showcase the Trusts work and promoting the new model for Community Mental Health services. You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience of using social media professionally, alongside other digital tools, and be a confident communicator who can engage a wide range of audiences to understand their needs.
