The estimated salary for this position is around £10,000 - £12,000 per year, depending on experience and location. As a Community Public Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of school children and pedestrians in their journey to and from school.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily patrols during term-time to ensure the safe passage of school children and pedestrians
  • Working closely with local schools and communities to promote road safety awareness
  • Receiving full training and uniform, as well as payment throughout the year

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated awareness of road safety principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
