About the Role: As a Health and Safety Advisor Trainee, you will play a vital part in supporting operational managers across multi-discipline contracts in the Midlands. You will be responsible for providing independent advice, guidance, and support to ensure good working practices, adherence to company policies, and maintenance of our safety management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Health and Safety Manager in monitoring and managing risk across multiple contracts.
  • Deliver training and guidance on relevant company standards and safe working practices.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, ensuring employee involvement and timely review.
  • Collaborate with the HSEQ department to implement Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Strategies and delivery plans.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH qualification or strong desire to obtain NEBOSH certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
  • Proficient in writing suitable and sufficient risk assessments and method statements
