About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Regulatory Compliance Officer for Carbon 60, a leading consulting and digital services business. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that construction projects comply with relevant building regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering building control functions across various projects, including pre-application meetings, plan checking, and site inspections
  • Upselling our building control services and specialist services to clients
  • Making decisions on works, applications, notices, and other matters controlled under the Building Act 1984 and Building Regulations 2010
Requirements:
  • Experience in building control inspection, general building surveying, design, or project management within a local government authority or building control body
  • Knowledge of current building control legislation, associated guidance, and issues relevant to the post
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

The estimated salary for this position is around £40,000 - £50,000 per year.
