Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team at Innova Solutions.

About the Role

This is a key position that will report directly to our EHS Manager. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and company policies related to environmental health and safety.

You will conduct regular site audits, identify potential hazards, and implement control measures to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will develop and maintain accurate records of training programs, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of training programs, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance
  • Identify potential hazards and implement control measures to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on EHS-related matters
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of EHS regulations, laws, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
What We Offer

Innova Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
