**Bookings and Logistics Administrator**

**Type of Employment**:Full time (Permanent contract)

**The main purpose of the job**

Joining our organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with administrative and organisational tasks. You will support the team to ensure we have the best communication and offer the best experience to our customers and clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a administrative/logistics role and develop into a integral part of our team.

**Key Tasks of the Role**

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaising with agents we use (TNT, DHL, DPD etc)
- Using our access database to update status of shipments
- Supporting our customers throughout the booking process/using industry knowledge base to advise them
- Booking shipping imports and exports (could be 30+ per day)
- Creating commercial invoices for international exports

**Key Skills**:

- Organised and proactive problem solver / Strong attention to detail
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft (outlook and teams etc)
- Great work ethic and be ready to take on a challenge

**The Package**
- Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

Other duties include if not mentioned above
- Providing customers with information on shipments and bookings.
- Consignment tracking, providing live updates to customers
- Making the daily booking of all customer courier shipments (TNT/DHL etc)
- Adding all bookings/data to the Wacpack back-office system and updating the status and amendments
- Providing operational support
- Managing customs clearance queries
- Forwarding on customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Acknowledging and responding promptly to customer complaints prior to escalation.
- Attending and partaking in company meetings with operational updates.
- Ensuring correct information received for bookings.
- Communicating and co-ordinating with the Operational and Sales Teams
- Proficient knowledge with Air Courier
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Providing cover/support for colleagues as and when required.
- Attending training sessions on services/suppliers when required.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
