**Service Centre Administrator**
- Based near Henley
- £22k starting rate
- 20 days holiday + bank holiday

Syntech are searching for a Service Centre Administrator for our manufacturing client based near Henley. Working on-site, this role would suit a junior who is wanting to grow into a Administration position.

**Service Centre Administrator Duties**:

- Own the reception/ booking in process of all Service Centre Repairs.
- Produce and action estimates/proceeds within agreed timeframes.
- Monitor estimate reminder report and act as necessary.
- Allocate picked components to relevant repairs.
- Generate invoices for repairs as required.
- Arrange warranty collections for clients when required.
- Process complete repairs ready for dispatch by the logistics team.

**Service Centre Administrator Profile**:

- 1+ years experience in an administration position
- Good English communication skills - both spoken and written
- Good time management skills
- Keen to learn and progress within a British manufacturing company
- Strong customer service skills
