Off the back of winning multiple successful contracts, we are now seeking a Head of Sales for the Services Division. Responsibilities will include shaping the services sales strategy; planning and managing the growth of this new services dedicated team and the growth of our business; pursuing and winning new business opportunities and promoting the company in the UK and internationally.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in B2B sales at a team leader or sales manager level, preferably with a background in services or consultative engagements. Knowledge of the hospitality or safety sectors would be beneficial, but we will help you bridge the gap from whichever route you join us from. You will have exemplary communication skills with the ability to influence, inspire and engage professionally with executive and leadership teams across a range of sectors. You will use your technical and commercial skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from the first contact to the contract being agreed.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

- Minimum 3 years career experience of selling with at least some of that being B2B sales of consultancy or services; ideally some experience of working in hospitality, food retail, food manufacturing or health & safety.
- Minimum 6 months experience of sales team leadership
- Be IT literate and have experience of using either GSuite or MS Office.
- Ability to build new and develop existing business relationships.
- A strong commercial acumen is essential.
- Data-driven and numerate.
- Articulate, methodical with thorough attention to detail.
- Consultative and creative approach to safety and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and virtual.
- Willing to learn, adapt and be curious about new markets and business ideas.
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with others.
- Self starter with a passion to succeed.
- UK Valid driving licence.

And if you have some of these is a bonus:

- Degree level educated.
- Experience in supplier and/or public sector tendering processes.
- Experience in multi channel lead generation
- Experience with CRM systems and processes
- Experience of market targeting tools such as Sales Navigator
- Experience in market segmentation techniques

**Responsibilities**:

- Increase brand awareness in both existing and new markets.
- Develop and win new business.
- Evolve and grow our existing client base.
- Assist in the creation and execution of a sales strategy for Navitas Safety Services with targets and monitoring processes.
- Build a sales pipeline in order to ensure a constant (but increasing) level of business.
- Creation of personalised customer specific proposals and any supporting documentation.
- Meeting clients and presenting our solutions when required
- Research target companies to identify the key decision-makers.
- Follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team, Channel partners and field activity.
- Staying aware of the latest market trends, developments and adjusting strategy accordingly.
- Representing the company at industry events.
- Maintain data quality in our CRM and associated platforms.
- Effectively working in partnership with the Marketing Team.
- Providing regular updates on progress to target including a monthly report to the Board.

Hours of Work : 37 hours predominantly Mon to Fri 9 til 5 but extra hours may occasionally be required to meet client expectations.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 p.a. (based on experience) + Commission. Total OTE is expected to be £65k+ if targets met.

Location: Home Based/Hybrid. Some travel may be required for team meetings in Leicester Head Office and attending client meetings or events.
