Head of Sales Opportunity

UBT Recruitment is proud to be working with a reputable, family-run business based in South Wales. Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality flooring and accessories, seeking a Head of Sales to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve collective sales targets and exceed performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: £90,000-£120,000.
