UBT Recruitment is proud to be working with a reputable, family-run business based in South Wales. Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality flooring and accessories, seeking a Head of Sales to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve collective sales targets and exceed performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management.
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary range: £90,000-£120,000.
- Bonus scheme: 10% of annual salary.
