Office Admin

An experienced person required for customer service and general office duties. You will be joining an extremely busy open office and working with a great team. Your day to day tasks will include:
- Helping to download our international online shopping cart, grouping the various couriers for our picking/packing team.
- Shipping - helping liaise with couriers internationally and updating customers.
- Live chat is really quick and informative for our customers and solves problems with solutions instantly, full training given.
- Keeping in touch with our account customers by way of following through their orders and contacting them afterwards to make sure they are happy.
- Using various spread sheets to update colleagues
- Eventually after training you should be confident to answer our phones and input 'live' orders, again internationally and so you will talk to customers from all over the world.
This position is very busy and your day will race by You will be welcomed by a super team of like minded people. You will need to be familiar with a variety of pc programmes for example Excel, Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Gmail. Your background needs you to have some office experience. Re shipping - full training will be given.
We are located in a beautiful rural area. Located near to Crosshills,Glusburn,Cowling.
Hours are:
- Week one Mon-Friday 8.10-5pm
Week two Mon -Thursday 8.10-5pm Friday early finish 8.10am - 1.10pm
