Regional Coordinator

We are looking for a Regional Coordinator to join our Service team in Keighley. This role is responsible for providing general administrative support within our Doors area of the business for Sales, Engineers & Maintenance Supervisors.

Key activities:

- Create jobs in SAP and send details to engineers and book engineers on site.
- Insurance - Immediate Defects (creating the job & sending to the engineers).
- Manage and make copies of documents.
- Make checks of Not-On-Contract (NOC) cases, ensuring correct customer charges.
- Create requisitions against cost centres, tools, uniforms etc.
- Request and manage customer reports.
- Manage and update Customer Portals.
- General administrative support to internal teams (ASM’s/Engineers & Sales teams).
- Book Doors orders.
- Ad hoc admin duties.

Skills and experience required:

- Previous customer service/office/administrative experience is essential.
- Good Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Manage and resolve any queries.
- Conscientious.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience of work in SAP, Salesforce, Konnect is beneficial. (Training will be provided).
