Portfolio Coordinator

We have an exciting job opportunity for a Portfolio Coordinator to join our Service Sales team based at our Keighley office, to support KONE in developing mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.
- Key responsibilities:
- Builds and proactively develops relations with existing customers in a designated region-
- Offers and sells new Kone services and tools, communicates leads and sales opportunities for KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling)-
- Monitors and renegotiates expiring contracts proactively, provides renewal quotations for services to secure business for the next periods-
- Reviews and up-sells poor performing contracts to greater improve their profitability-
- Resolves customer queries to deliver customer satisfaction-
- Handles complaints, disputes and cancellations requests, evaluates commercial or operational risks of customer complaints to be further discussed with the management- Skills and experience required:- Previous sales and customer service experience-
- Knowledge of Contracts and Conditions is desirable-
- Account Management experience is desirable-
- Good administrative & organisational skills is essential-
- Good communication skills-
- Good IT skills (SAP, Salesforce)-
