Senior HR Manager - Newbury - £250/300 per day

**Your new role**
Be an authority on organisational and people challenges and a driving force in the delivery of HR solutions to support the unique requirements of the business units and overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver human resource programmes for client groups in collaboration with COE and external stakeholders to meet the organization's present and future HR needs (e.g., hiring, onboarding, training, development, compensation/remuneration, benefits, performanceevaluation, organisational development, relocation, equal employment, health, safety, and employee wellness, HR administration, HR information systems, monthly payroll, headcount).
- Lead and take part in talent selection/interviews in the designated countries, collaborating with compensation to promote competitive offers.
- Implement and put into practise global/regional policies for their nation's human resource strategy so that the company can hire, manage, train, and retain the people it needs to meet its present and long-term business goals.
- Carry out front-line HR responsibilities for the allocated nation or countries, such as carrying out difficult investigations, managing unusual employee problems, carrying out complex pay analyses, and interpreting and advising management.
- Work together with HR Management or COEs to assess the organization's future workforce requirements in order to suggest modifications to stay compliant locally and modify current HR programmes to fulfil these requirements.
- Assess training requirements in the nation and take part in programme evaluation and monitoring to assure success.
- Consult, advise, influence, and work with national leadership on talent strategies and actions to establish an engaged and high-performing company.
- Maintain a high degree of business literacy regarding the client group's operations, finances, long-term strategies, culture, and rivals.
- Other incidental tasks.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Education and Experience:
*Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 10 years of previous related human resources experience
OR
*Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field, 8 years of previous related human resources experience
Additional Skills:
- Proven success leading country level projects and driving adoption of local/regional/global projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources systems
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including influencing, consultative, and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Fluent in English required; additional European languages preferred
- Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organization
- Expert understanding of related aspects of human resources processes and/or systems
- Expert knowledge of country employment laws and awareness of ongoing changes in the labor and business market
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Provides human resources leadership to outsourcing partners on a task level
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollutionunder their span of influence/control
