Our client based in Leicester take pride in delivering top-notch products/services and maintaining strong relationships with their clients. The sales team are at the forefront of our success, and we are looking for a Sales Administrator to help us keep everything running smoothly.

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to our sales team. You'll help streamline sales processes, handle essential documentation, and assist with various tasks to ensure our sales operations are efficient and effective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Validate and process sales to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and that timescales are met.- Conduct compliance and call monitoring on verbal sales and contracts.- Build excellent relationships with our internal sales team, our partners and business energy suppliers.- Take full ownership of issues, finding creative solutions to resolve customer, partner and supplier calls and enquiries.- Run reports and provide updates to key stakeholders.
