Customer Relationship Executive

We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
**Duties**:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,298.75 per year
