Allstaff Office Services team are working with our well established and growing client based in Renfrew and are on the search for someone who has experience in a Sales administrator.

This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of sales activity including providing high levels of service to customers, assisting with quoting activity, and developing sales proposals closely with the sales team. You would also be responsible for order related communications and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our customers by liaising with carriers to anticipate and solve problems.

Daily Duties will include
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Updating daily reports and presenting results to the team in the bi-weekly production
meeting and others as required
- Maintain and update customer database
- Process sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm
