Allstaff Office Services division have partnered with our key Construction client based in Paisley. Who require a temporary Administrator on a full-time basis.
- Sales and Marketing administrative duties_
- Delivering time critical reporting and maintenance of internal systems (MS platform)
- Supporting management of sales enquiries inbox.
- Helping manage filing, stationery, and orders.
- Administration support for Sales Administrator and Marketing Executive specifically.
- Helping maintain web site, portal, and customer communications.
- Commercial administrative duties_
- Data input on internal company systems.
- Help maintain contractor portal.
- Ad hoc admin as required by the commercial team.

This role will be on a week-to-week ongoing basis. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:45-17:00 and Friday 08:30-15:30 with a 30-minute lunch. This role has a pay rate between £11-£12 per hour dependant on experience.

Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly and supplying to a client who will manage the worker in the course of their work.
