Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our well-established client based in the Paisley area, who are seeking a temporary Administrator. This position has the potential to go permanent for the right individual.
As a temporary Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations in the office.
Duties of this role include:
- Maintaining and updating company databases and records.
- Managing office supplies.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supporting other departments as required.
We are keen to speak with those who have experience in a similar Administration position and are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Have excellent organisational skills and have strong attention to detail. Who have exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour’s lunch break, (May involve an earlier start time). Has a pay rate from £10.90 per hour. If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please submit your CV today
