Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our well-established client based in the Paisley area, who are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant. This position has the potential to go permanent for the right individual.
As a temporary Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations in the office.
Duties of this role include:
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintaining and updating company databases and spreadsheets.
- Managing office supplies.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scanning and filing important paperwork.
- Supporting other departments as required.
We are keen to speak with those who are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Have excellent organisational skills and have strong attention to detail. Who have exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour’s lunch break. Has a pay rate from £11 per hour. If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please submit your CV today
