Temporary Finance Administrator

Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our well-established client based in Paisley, who are seeking a temporary Finance Administrator on a month-to-month basis.
Typical duties will include general finance and administrative support such as:
- Recording and tracking financial transactions
- Requesting purchase orders, invoices, new customer & supplier account and BACS payments.
- Booking venues, catering and travel & accommodation.
We are keen to speak with those who have worked in a similar position and have experience of record-keeping (particularly using MS Office or bespoke systems).
This role is part time, 20 hours per week across 4 working days, 10am-4pm with one hour unpaid for lunch (Flexible). Office based Monday and Wednesday & working from home on a Tuesday and Thursday.
