**Co-ordination/Logistics Administrator**
Paisley construction company looking for a reliable experienced **coordination/logistics administrator** to join our busy team on a full-time basis.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Reception duties
- Document management
- Fleet management (vehicle tracker/service monitoring)
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Managing equipment (PAC testing and calibration)
- Carry out MS Office duties
- Monitor task specific excel spreadsheets
- General admin duties
**Skills & Qualifications Required**:
- Experience in dealing with mobile site-based staff is preferential.
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Must be hard working and self motivated.
**Working Pattern**:
- Mon-Thu (9am - 5pm)
- Fri (9am - 3pm)
- Half hour lunch break
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paisley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
