HR Administrator

**BX2 are recruiting for an HR Administrator for at least 12 months maternity cover.**
**Duties**:
- Preparing new starter packs including: offer letters, contracts of employment and new starter paperwork
- Onboarding checks including references, right to work checks
- Providing inductions
- Processing leavers and conducting exit interviews
- Monitoring sickness and escalating in line with company policy
- Organise and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
- Monitoring probation periods and supporting managers as necessary
- Assisting with recruitment including, liaising with agencies, posting job ads online, reviewing CVs and interviewing
- Involvement in planning company events
- Support managers with absence, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Managing HR content on The Roller ensuring policies are up to date
- Coordination of quarterly value awards
- Assisting with the preparation of the quarterly employee newsletter
- Assisting the Senior HR Manager with annual audits
- Supporting Senior HR Manager with the change makers employee forum: minute taking, circulation of notes and following up on action points
- Undertaking adhoc office management duties as required
**Salary / Bonus**
- Salary: £24,336 = £12 per hour
- Hours: 39 hours per week BUT flexible can work part time or schools hours.
Pay: From £24,336.00 per year
