Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence accurately and efficiently
- Computerise data using spreadsheets and databases
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Skills in social media platforms and designs

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £16,286.17-£18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
