YOUR ROLE
Our newly built and fully integrated, flagship purpose-built facility in East Midlands Gateway have an exciting opportunity for a highly focused and proactive Site Facilities Administrator. Supporting our high-profile customer contract, you will be responsible for all aspects of premises and building services across the site in order to excel operational excellence.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Site Facilities Manager, you will be working in collaboration with the HSEQ, Accounts and Procurement teams, providing assistance with budgetary and legal regulations, including the completion of onsite risk assessments and accident investigations. You will be the main point of contact for all administrative duties relating to the contract and will support with the planning and implementation of on-site projects providing assistance with the delivery of essential employee training and compliance related activities, such as housekeeping inspections and system operations testing.
