Receptionist/Administrator - Lisburn
Vickerstock are working with a successful organisation based in Lisburn to recruit for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The Receptionist/ Administrator will provide receptionist and general administrative support to the team.
Your new role as a Receptionist/ Administrator:
- Answer telephone enquiries.
- Maintaining appointment / meeting room bookings / Meeting and greeting visitors
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Provide general administrative duties including ordering stationery, letter writing; managing incoming and outgoing mail; preparing meeting rooms for meetings, maintenance of photocopiers; and other general tasks.
What you will need to succeed as a Receptionist/Administrator:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist/Administrative role
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated
