Job Overview:
Duties Include;
Acting as first point of contact for the company ( Front of House)

Accounts Admin - entering supplier invoices, updating PO system and checking off delivery dockets

Gathering and calculating weekly timesheet for processing of Payroll

Answering phone calls and direct to the appropriate staff members
Maintaining company calendar
Placing orders for PPE & stationary
Booking travel and accommodation

Monitoring stationary and PPE stock supplies

Photocopying, scanning and filling

Running post office, shop and bank errandsExperience;
Previous office experience 1-2 years

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and work independently
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Must have full driving licence and access to car
