**About the role**:
Ekco is looking for a **Client Relationship Executive** to join our UK Commercial team, to create and nurture our relationships with customers.
Your goal will be to help us ensure our existing clients are satisfied via a prime “after sales-care”.
**Your Mission**:
- Act as point of contact and build relationships with clients, customers and vendors
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
**Essential Skills / Experience**:
- Experience as a Client Relationship Executive
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service
- Regular use of CRE and Marketing Automation Tools (i.e. Hubspot)
- Impeccably spoken and written English
- Social and outgoing and easily able to build relationships
- Proficient with all facets of MS Office
