Who is Chevron Traffic Management?

In simple terms, Chevron Traffic Management is the company that sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversions routes or pedestrian walkways to keep road workers and road users safe while roadworks are underway. This involves putting out road cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible all over the country. The next time you are out and about and see roadworks, have a look at the signage. It is possible that Chevron Traffic Management put them there.

It is, of course, much more complicated than that. It involves consulting, planning, designing, estimating and liaising with our suppliers and our customers to ensure that our schemes are fit for purpose. It also involves innovation and technology so we can improve safety and help our industry to reduce our carbon footprint.

About the role of Group Sustainability Reporting Administrator

The Group Sustainability Reporting Administrator role is a highly valued role within the ESG Team. It is perfect for someone with a desire to learn, start or continue a career in an ESG role.

The purpose of this role is to support the business in creating additional value across the group through business improvement and manage assurance and compliance frameworks that the protect value created. You will assist in leading a positive ESG culture throughout the Group, providing Data Analysis on ESG and Business Improvement activities. As well as this you will ensure accurate ESG reporting both internally and externally whilst maintaining Group Integrated Management Systems

Responsibilities of the Group Sustainability Reporting Administrator
- Analysis of ESG performance and reporting and investigation of variances along with supplementary information and analysis as required.
- Maintenance, Monitoring and Development of ESG KPIs
- Contribute towards establishing and maintaining a programme of continuous improvement by investigating and analysing key trends, risks and issues.
- Provide regular and ad hoc ESG reporting.
- Ensure accurate management and reporting of information reflecting ESG value.
- Coordination and production of presentations for use by the senior team.
- Supplementary information and analysis as required.
- Tracking of initiatives which target performance improvement.
- Promote an inclusive environment that respects the broad and diverse range of people in our business and the specialist knowledge they bring to our business.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, including Equality Act, Company policies and procedures, and delegation of authority.
- Ensure personal data of customers, colleagues and other individual's is treated in strictest of confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR, and other related legislation.
- Ensure that business health & safety risks are identified and that such risks are managed, and action taken to mitigate them, including escalating risks to your line manager.
