We are searching for a highly motivated Construction Administrator, who will become an integral part of the organisation, taking advantage of great training and company benefits.

**The role**:
As construction administrator, you will assist each of the project teams from site set-up through to project completion, covering everything from initial health and safety items, to end of the project client documentation and so much more in between Supporting the directors, contract managers and site managers, this busy, varied role operates at the heart of the organisation and is central to every Barr Build project.
- Site set-ups
- General site support
- Monitor monthly health and safety audit reports and create and send out an action plan
- Organise regular reviews of health and safety policy
- Organise annual site manager meetings
- Managing, compiling, and issuing of operational and maintenance health and safety manuals
- Create Construction Phase Plans
- Responsible for ensuring sites have F10 project notifications in place. Update and amend accordingly
- Compiling job site packs
- Drawing management:

- Log and file incoming drawings (paper and server)
- Printing updated drawings - in house/order prints where necessary
- Issue drawings to site
- Collate record and issue updated drawings to sub-contractors (paper and server)
- Tracking the progress tasks of projects, going through weekly with the team, updating the progress sheet as required
- Management of tool hire
- Managing the recruitment process
- General office administration including covering the main phones
- Administration of server
- Occasional ad hoc projects at request of Directors
- Any other duties at the request of management

**What will you bring?**
- Very good organisational skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge and experience of office procedures
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills to help organising, planning and maintaining the workload
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well as an individual as well as part of a team
- Knowledge in the construction industry
- Full, clean driving licence
