This is a great opportunity for a **Construction Administrator **to join this main contractor and work on an exciting project in Oxfordshire. Your role as **Construction Administrator ** will be responsible for the team’s day to day assistance.

**Key responsibilities for the Construction Administrator role**:

- Verifying invoices and resolving queries
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
- Updating the inhouse database
- Gathering information and producing reports
- Working closely with quantity surveyors to maintain accurate records
- Day to day admin support.

**Experience required for this Construction Administrator role**:

- Experience within the Construction sector
- Excellent IT skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and Outlook packages.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Organised and ability to prioritise.
- Ability to be proactive and act on own initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work well as a team.

**The salary for the Construction Administrator role is paying a generous £35,000 circa: with additional benefits.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thame: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
