**Office Manager - Edinburgh - Salary up to £30,000 p/a DOE**
**Are you an experienced office manager looking for a new challenge within professional services? Do you have excellent time management? Are you able to juggle numerous tasks daily?**
We are looking to speak to experienced Office Managers who are looking for a new challenge within a professional services business in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience within a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentand someone who is used to being the key contact for many within a busy office. Ideally, you will come with line management experience as you will look after 2 direct reports and enjoy providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholdersdaily.

**This is a full-time, permanent role based in Edinburgh. This role will work core-business hours and will be predominantly office-based. There is a competitive salary of up to £30,000 p/a available DOE.**
**Are you who we are looking for?**
- You have Office Manager experience within a professional service environment (desired but not essential)
- You have line management experience
- You are able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are organised and able to juggle a variety of tasks daily within tight timescales
- You have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- You have excellent customer service experience
- You are a team player
- You are a problem solver
**What is the day to day like?**
- Facilitating the running of the administration and office maintenance teams within a busy office environment
- Managing the admin and reception staff daily, identifying any training or development needs as well as conducting performance reviews for 2 direct reports
- Managing and assisting with the provision of the admin and reception functions daily, ensuring excellent service is received at all times
- Arranging business travel booking, training courses and other events when required
- Reviewing office policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
- Assisting the facilities manager daily by organising the day to day provision of services and supplies from external bodies
- Arranging routine maintenance servicing
- Acting as a key holder within the office and a point of contact out of hours
- Ensuring that office security is maintained and any issues are resolved quickly
- Adapting quickly to an ever changing environment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders daily
- Organising inductions for all new staff within the office
- Completing various administrative tasks within tight deadlines for various members of staff across the business
- Assisting with all other requests as required
