The Position - Office/Admin Manager
The business is currently looking to recruit a flexible and self-motivated individual to join the Head Office team and be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support to key business functions.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role holder will be responsible for a wide range of duties.
Job Specification
The following responsibilities will be applicable to the role;
- Managing reception - Answering a low volume of incoming calls, meeting & greeting visitors
- Postage - distribution of incoming mail, organisation of parcel collections and managing couriers
- Customer onboarding and updating of standing data - includes contract paperwork
- Managing customer and staff website access
- Monthly customer and supplier communications
- Fleet administration - pool car bookings, driving license checks, fuel card administration
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
- Affiliated customer network administration - training booking, signage orders
- Travel and hotel bookings
- HR - support with inductions and communication with Group HR department
Person Specification
- Previous Office Management experience desired
- Highly organised - an ability to manage own workload effectively and multitask
- Very high attention to detail and adherence to processes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
