**Role**: Technical Sales Coordinator

**Location**: Stafford

**Hours of work**: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum + Company Benefits

**Duties of the role**:

- Assist hard-surface and some têxtile clients with testing and approval of antimicrobial additives
- Manage samples for antibacterial, antiviral, antiodour & silver testing & advise customer on results and how to solve poor results.
- Approve testing costs for finance department
- Generate COA (certificate of analysis) for products
- Manage Customer Complaints
- Assist Regulatory Team on a case by case basis, for specific projects
- Assist with the generation of company and/or customer product labels
- Assisting with customer technical requests e.g. customer questionnaires
- Carrying out internal audits to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Work closely with suppliers on the development and approval of new products and/or new raw materials
- Work closely with company contract manufacturers to ensure additives are produced as per specifications
- Assist technical team in their investigation in case of a product complaint / product failure
- Work on R&D projects, customisations and innovations internally & externally through strategic collaborations, e.g. universities, independent laboratories & consultants
- Management and creation of company NDAs
- Customer visits in a technical sales support capacity
- General understanding of polymers and microbiology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Willingness to learn.
- Have the ability to analyse and interpret sales metrics
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
