HR Officer Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-known UK Manufacturer & Service organisation with a global footprint.

We are seeking a highly analytical HR Coordinator who has experience in Employee Relations, GDPR, and Performance Initiatives.

The successful candidate will work in the HR team supporting a large multi-national manufacturing company and will gain exposure to a full range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, recruitment, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR function in areas such as reporting, HR processes, and accurate management of input to the employee management system.
  • Provide ad hoc support where required.
  • Work closely with the HR team to deliver HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in an HR role.
  • Working towards or holding CIPD and level.
  • Experience in a large organisation environment.
  • Experience using computer systems.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Flexible, approachable, and a team-player.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that is going through a very exciting expansion, and this role will be key to their success next year and beyond.

The role is expected to be initially for months, however is expected to extend beyond this and likely to turn into a long term, secure contract role.
