Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit an administrator for our Parts Plus Centre in Northampton. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the Parts Plus Centre, including system and data maintenance in accordance with company and brand policies and procedures. This position is offered on a full time, **46.5 hour a week contract, Monday - Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturday AM’s paying £30,000 OTE** per annum and reporting to the Centre Manager.

**Required Experience**

Previous automotive experience isn’t required but would be advantageous for this position. Previous experience with finance would be highly advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensuring all payments received are processed promptly and securely managed in accordance with company procedures
- Post all payments and credits within agreed timescales
- Deal with and resolve any queries and notify Centre Manager of issues that need to be escalated
- Manage stationary, office supplies, and opening/processing of post
- Deal with customer requirements on the front counter
- Keeping customer collection shelf up to date and clearing down any orders not collected
