We have an exciting opportunity for a AO Administration Officer to join the team here at His Majesty’s Ship (HMS) Drake.
This position for 37 hours per week. Requests to work flexibly will be considered relating to business needs. Please note the salary will be pro-rata where part time hours are undertaken.

**Person specification**:
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

- Corresponding with patients regarding referrals, waiting times and hospital appointments.
- Managing the Defence Spectacles demands and issues for aircrew and non-aircrew.
- Authorise duty travel to medical appointments.
- Being competent with the use of the ERS system to book secondary care appointments, collating and attaching the necessary paperwork in the mandated timescales and updating patients Defence Medical Information Capability Programme (DMICP) records accordingly.
