**Join our **Asset Management & Building Safety Team **as a Fire Administrator**

The Fire Team are responsible for the management of Building Safety works relating to Fire Risk. One Housing includes leasehold, shared ownership, private rented, third party/managing agents and commercial tenures.

**The role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Fire Administrator at One Housing in London.

**Location**: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
**Salary**: £28,000, 35 hours per week

Your responsibilities will include:

- To provide full administrative support to the Fire Team as required
- Maintaining SharePoint areas to facilitate archiving and sharing of information relevant to the Fire Team
- Responding to residents’ queries regarding building safety works information
- Managing and inputting data on various Internal and Third-Party Web Based Platforms
- Liaise across One Housing internal teams and customers regarding building safety works information

**What you will need to succeed**
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and is friendly and positive.
- Have already worked successfully in an administrative role
- Able to work with mínimal supervision to complete tasks accurately every time
- Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft Packages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a wider team
- Great focus and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a good level of professionalism in their work at all times
