Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Fire Safety Administrator on a 12 month Fixed-Term basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
**A bit about the role**:
As a Fire Safety Administrator, you will provide excellent front line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers’ needs are met and the departmental/team objectives are achieved.
Some of the key results for the role include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to support our customers.
- Advising and supporting our customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified.
- Receiving and processing fire risk assessments including checking for any spelling or grammatical errors, updating Keystone with visit information and upload Fire Risk Assessments to management system.
- Monitoring the team inbox and responding to enquiries.
- Co-ordinating the response to fire related inspections, hoarding referrals and incidents, including compiling relevant compliance certification and arranging inspections.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required._
