We currently have an opportunity for a Key Account Administrator to join our team based **in Bournemouth. **Joining us on a **full-time permanent** basis, you will receive a competitive salary of **£23,683 per annum **plus excellent benefits.

**About the role**:
As our Key Account Administrator, you will be reporting into the Key Account Team Leader and be working closely with our Key Account Team who service customers across the UK. As part of your role, you will be using your excellent customer service skills to ensure the commitment to our customers is at the forefront, ensuring they have a great experience, and any issues are rectified quickly.

You will also be using your strong commercial acumen by identifying and driving opportunities for revenue generation to meet our specific targets.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Providing excellent customer service, you will identify customer and stakeholder issues and aspirations in relation to water, waste water and added value services
- Understanding customer needs, challenges and opportunities, identify where PWS can assist their sector customers to improve their business
- Developing networks and relationships with customers and customer representative groups and stakeholders within their nominated sectors
- Channel service improvement feedback in a meaningful, constructive way that can be utilised in service improvement programmes by close liaison with the Operations team
- Resolving customer specific service and account issues where applicable for resolution

- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of the business
- Proven ability to make effective decisions
