Sales Support Advisor Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Collaborate with the sales team on administrative tasks and streamline processes.
- Review and redact service history documents to ensure GDPR compliance.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Manager queries, update the CRM system, and forward request to appropriate departments.
Sales Support Advisor Skills & Experience Required
- Proven skills and experience in customer communication.
- Strong IT literacy and administrative abilities.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
- High enthusiasm, positive mindset, and strong team ethic.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
