**Technical Support Advisor**

**£24K - £25K p/a**

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Advisor to assist with our PV solar installations, and contribute to our continued growth and success. This is a great opportunity to learn something new and be a part of a very rapidly growing green industry.

**Technical Support Advisor Responsibilities**
- Support existing customers requiring repair work, and organise relevant Engineers and subcontractors;
- Problem-solve and provide best solutions for individual customer issues;
- Manage customers and their expectation, proactively providing clear effective communication regarding installation and repair progress;
- Support Technical Service Managers with customer technical installation queries;
- Proactively work with other business areas to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed effectively;
- Exhibit first-class customer service and drive organisational excellence;
- Work within SLA’s, and to company procedures.

**Technical Support Advisor requirements**
- At least 2 years experience within a technical support or similar customer service role;
- Exceptional customer service skills, phone etiquette and work ethic;
- Accomplished multi-tasking, problem-solving and organisation skills;
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
